What information do you collect on the website? We do not keep any of your order or personal information for future use at this time. Additionally, VividBoard.com contains no “cookies” that would leave information from our website onto your computer.

What do I need to provide for the logo? You need to provide a PDF file. If you do not have an electronic file of your logo, check with your marketing department or with your printer. Please provide them with this information to make sure the file is the correct format and size.
The size of the logo, when scaled 100% or smaller, should be the same or smaller than the size for both width and height.
What kind of mounting supplies and equipment do you provide? Appropriate hanging hardware such as mirror hangers or “L” hangers for a seamless appearance. Depending on your order we provide the following types of mounting hardware:
How do I pay for my order? VividBoard customers may establish an account with VividBoard, which will be invoiced, or for one-time purchases, a customer may pay by credit card.

Credit Card Purchases Are taxes charged to my order? Applicable state taxes will apply, unless your organization has completed an Exempt/Non-Exempt Tax Form. In order to comply with the sales tax laws of each state, we are required to maintain a complete up-to-date file of exemption certificates.

VividBoard GuaranteeWhat is Vividboard’s guarantee? All Vividboard products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects. If for some reason the board arrives damaged due to manufacturer error, VividBoard will replace free of charge. If the damage is determined to be caused by a freight carrier, a freight claim must be processed.
What is VividBoard’s Warranty? Guaranteed free from manufacturer’s defects: All Vividboard products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects. If for some reason the board arrives damaged due to manufacturer error, VividBoard will replace free of charge. If the damage is determined to be caused by a freight carrier, a freight claim must be processed by the party responsible for the freight bill .
5-year Warranty: All VividBoard custom dry-erase boards are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship including ghosting and fading for five (5) years from the original shipment date under normal usage, according to manufacturer’s instructions. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective boards and does not include removal, installation or shipping costs. The warranty shall be voided if boards are cleaned with harsh or abrasive chemicals, including bleach.
What is VividBoard’s return policy? Only standard VividBoards with no customization may be returned. Custom boards (with logo or with any customer-requested variation) cannot be returned, unless return is due to manufacturer’s defects as described above.
You must obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Service Department prior to a product being accepted for a return and credit issued. Return authorization numbers expire 30 days from date of issue. All requests for return authorization must be filed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid and in re-saleable condition. Merchandise returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Collect shipments are not accepted and will be refused. No credit will be issued for abused or customer-damaged merchandise.
