| Shriner’s Hospital chose a steel surface to be able to use magnets as a teaching tool about fire safety. | Most patient room boards are hardboard (non-magnetic) because magnets get lost and need to be sanitized in between patients. |
Patented Coating:
- Unique high gloss coating enables high quality images to be dry-erasable edge to edge
- 4 mil. surface coating will not easily damage, peel, or become dog-eared

| Rounded corner hardboards are the most cost-effective option. These can be 1/8” or ¼” thick. |

| Textured black image trim framing is our nicest looking frame, and also works well in hospital settings. The black color tends to match the TV and other accessories in the room. This frame is ¼” thick with a ¾” face. | Wood framing is also available in light oak or light cherry oak. |
Combination Boards – Easy to clean vinyl combined with custom whiteboard!
- Self-healing PremaTak vinyl in pastel colors will complement any décor and enable posting of important papers and information.
- Each side can be a custom size to fit the area required, up to 12’ in total length, including up to 8’ dry-erase.

Use of Graphics and Color
VividBoards are distinctive because they allow for the use of so many interesting and attractive graphic elements including the ability to write across the full surface. When designing your whiteboard, please feel free to utilize any of the following:
- Full-color high resolution photographs
- Full-color high resolution logo (unlimited number of colors)
- Watermarked images and textures
- Full-colored backgrounds and colored text.
File Type and Creation:
Please provide the following for the highest quality art reproduction:
- High resolution PDF with color management turned off
- Pantone color for critical colors (logo, for example) to ensure a close color match
- Vector version of the logo
- Images should remain in native CMYK format
- Ideal image resolution is 300 dpi, with 1/8" bleed at edge of design
Accessories:
Various accessories are available depending on application and needs including alcohol based dry-erase markers, wet-erase fluorescent markers, marker clips, acrylic holders, marker bungees, and our 10” marker parker.
Warranty:
All VividBoard custom dry-erase boards are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the original shipment date under normal usage. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective boards and does not include removal, installation or shipping costs.
